BERLIN, Aug. 22 (Xinhua) -- More than 35 people were injured in a highway accident in south Germany on Wednesday afternoon, including at least 30 kids, police source said.
The accident happened near Freising, a Bavarian city in south Germany. The children were on a field trip as a holiday program when their bus flung and rolled over at highway No. 92 in direction to Munich.

Witness told local media that the bus flung at around 15:20 local time when it encountered a sudden thunderstorm and hail. Some children were seen throwing out of the vehicle.
Local police said, another passenger car and three trucks clashed at the accident site shortly after, causing several injured.
Rescue teams are still trying to bring the situation under control, while the accident site remains blocked. Several forces including police, disaster relief group, psychological experts and a helicopter have attended the relief.
