“My phone is a lemon”

①lemon:an artifact (especially an automobile) that is defective or unsatisfactory

所以“My phone is a lemon”真正的意思是“这手机不咋地/这手机不好用”。

He took a little test drive and agreed the car was a lemon.

This car is a total lemon. It's a waste of money.

②lemon:a stupid person

You are a lemon.

I just stood there like a lemon.

I was green with envy at his remarkable achievement.

He says he didn't want to get that prize, but that's just sour grapes.
