Tell在很多人的第一印象中就是"告诉"的意思,其实他的短语有很多不同的意思,今天我来"告诉"你不知道的意思
1.all told
用于句首，句中，或者句尾。也就是all together“总共，共计”
如：I counted the books on the floor; I found that, all told, there were 50.
我数了一下地板上的书，发现一共有50本。
