First, we should had a balanced diet .

We may not like eating vegetables . We think they are not so delicious . But vegetables have a lot of nutrition . They are very good for our health.

       Second , we'd better eat regular meals .

We need to eat breakfast , lunch , and dinner every day .

Regular meals throughout the day give us enough evergy to carry out our daily activities .


Never skip breakfast .

It is the most important meal of the day .

Eat biggger meals earlier in the day .

Don't have a big dinner .

        Third , most of us like eating snacks .

They may affect our appetite .

Besides , too many snacks make us fat .
