Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe is set to reshuffle his cabinet for the first time since returning to office in December 2012.

Ahead of the Cabinet revamp, Abe’s Liberal Democratic Party endorsed the appointment of new executives, led by Sadakazu Tanigaki, currently justice minister, as secretary-general. For more on that, we’re joined live by our correspondent Terrence Terashima in Tokyo.
