BERLIN, July 8 (Xinhua) -- The European Central Bank (ECB) decided to leave its benchmark interest rate unchanged at 1 percent Thursday for the 14th consecutive month, a bank spokesman said.
The ECB also kept the marginal lending rate and the deposit rate unchanged at 1.75 percent and 0.25 percent separately.
