BERLIN, July 08 (Xinhua) -- Hannover signed striker Uffe Bech from Danish outfit FC Nordsjalland, the German Bundesliga club confirmed via the club's official homepage on Wednesday.
The "Reds" hopes to reinforce their offence with the signing of the 22-year-old Denmark international, who put pen to paper on a four-year deal, which keeps him at Hannover until June 2019.
"Uffe Bech is a highly skilled player who is very fast. Due to his impressive performances in recent months many clubs became aware of him. We are pleased that he sees his future at Hannover in the Bundesliga," Hannover's sporting director Dirk Dufner said.
Bech played since 2013 for FC Nordsjalland to score 12 goals in 37 appearances. He is besides that since 2014 part of Denmark's national soccer squad.
"I am really looking forward to the challenge in the Bundesliga. I am excited to get to know my new teammates. With Leon Andreasen I already met a teammate and a compatriot as well," the new arrival said.
Hannover encounter newly promoted Darmstadt on the road for their season opener on August 15.
