RIO DE JANEIRO, Dec. 4 (Xinhua) -- Robinho could have played his last match for Santos as AC Milan consider a January transfer for the Brazil international.

The 30-year-old, currently with Santos on loan, will miss the Brazilian team's final match of the season against Vitoria on Sunday with a thigh injury.

Reports in Brazil say the Rossoneri are keen to sell Robinho to avoid losing him as a free agent when his contract expires in June 2016.

Robinho has scored nine goals from 21 matches since his August arrival at the Vila Belmiro.

Earlier this year the winger was strongly linked with a move to new US Major Soccer League outfit Orlando City.
