VIENNA, Nov. 29 (Xinhua) -- Olympic champion Natalie Geisenberger led a German 1-2-3 finish in the opening race of the luge World Cup season in Igls, Austria, on Saturday.

Geisenberger produced the fastest time in both runs and clocked 1 minute, 19.822 seconds on aggregate to beat compatriot Dajana Eitberger by 0.209. Tatjana Huefner was 0.218 behind in third place.
