YAOUNDE, Oct. 15 (Xinhua) -- Cameroon defeated Sierra Leone 2-0 in African Cup qualification competition on Wednesday in capital Yaounde of Cameroon to stay atop of the standings in Group D with 10 points after 4 games.

Cameroon's forward Eric Kwekeu scored one goal after three minutes and four minutes later defender Stephane Mbia scored another goal.

Due to the outbreak of Ebola in Sierra Leone, the first leg was played in Cameroon last Saturday.

The next African Cup will be held in Morocco in January and February 2015.
