WASHINGTON, May 30 (Xinhua) -- The Miami Heat beat the Indiana Pacers 117-92 in the Game Six of the NBA Eastern Finals on Friday, outclassing the Pacers 4-2 to win their fourth straight Eastern title.
The Heat became the third team in NBA history to reach the title series in four straight seasons. The previous two were the Boston Celtics and the Los Angeles Lakers.
LeBron James and Chris Bosh had 25 points each for the Heat. Dwyane Wade and Rashard Lewis had 13 points apiece.
"I'm blessed. Very blessed. Very humbled," James said after the game. "And we won't take this opportunity for granted. "
The Pacers were stopped by the Heat in three consecutive seasons. Paul George had a game-high 29 points. David West and Lance Stephenson got 16 and 11 points respectively.
The Heat would face either the San Antonio Spurs or the Oklahoma City Thunder in the Finals, which were scheduled to take place on June 5.
The Spurs headed into the NBA Western Finals Game Six with a 3-2 series lead over the Thunder.
