WASHINGTON, March 14 (Xinhua) -- The Miami Heat were beaten 111-107 at home by the Denver Nuggets on Friday, getting their fifth loss in the previous six games.

"Obviously we'll be able to get out of it," said the Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra.

"When? We don't know."

The Heat had been enjoying the 27-game winning streak at the corresponding time last season.

Ray Allen scored a team-high 22 points for the Heat. LeBron James made 21 points and Dwyane Wade got 19.

Kenneth Faried and Darrell Arthur dominated the painting area for the Nuggets, taking home 24 and 18 points respectively. Evan Fournier added 14 points.
