HOUSTON, Nov. 16 (Xinhua) -- The Houston Rockets beat the Denver Nuggets 122-111 Saturday night at the Toyota Center, with seven players hitting double figures.
The Rockets took control of the game from start to finish and had its biggest lead of 23 points in the second quarter. Houston played good offense through the game, barely giving Denver any opportunity to narrow the gap.

Howard made 17-of-24 of his free throws in the game, a much better performance than previous games.
Seven Rockets players finished the game with double digit scoring. Howard led the way with 25 points. Chandler Parsons added 20. Terrence Jones, who started for the third straight game had season-highs of 14 points and 12 rebounds.
Denver guard Ty Lawson scored 28 points while adding 17 assists. Forwards Wilson Chandler and JJ Hickson had 14 points apiece as the team had its seven-game series win streak snapped.
With the win, the Rockets improved to 7-4 on the season and will host Boston on Tuesday.
