KOBE, Japan, Sept. 23 (Xinhua) -- Chinese player Liu Shiwen clinched her third title at the women's table tennis World Cup here on Monday.

The defending champion secured the victory after beating her teammate Wu Yang 11-3, 11-7, 11-7, 11-2 in the final.

Liu, who stands at No.1 on the women's world rankings, had won the world cup in 2009 and 2012.
