WASHINGTON, July 27 (Xinhua) -- The Denver Nuggets kept Russian center Timofey Mozgov on squad with a three-year, 14 million dollar contract on Saturday.

Mozgov played as a backup center in Denver last season, getting 2.6 points and 2.6 rebounds per game.

The 27-year-old center helped the Russian national team to win bronze in London Olympics last year.
