RIO DE JANEIRO, June 29 (Xinhua) -- Brazil coach Luiz Felipe Scolari says he has identified weaknesses in Spain's team ahead of Sunday's Confederations Cup final at the Maracana stadium.
Brazil will be aiming for a record fourth Confederations Cup title while Spain is bidding for their first, and the only major trophy to elude Vicente del Bosque's team.
"Spain are spectacular but they have some defects, like all teams, and we have to exploit them," Scolari said during a press conference here on Saturday.
"We are very motivated. We respect the opposition but we have to back our own ability to win."
Del Bosque praised Brazil's squad, which he said had no obvious weakness.
"They have great players, not just Neymar," the Spain coach said. "They have two offensive full backs (Marcelo and Dani Alves). They have Hulk and Neymar, who are difficult to mark on the wings. Their central defenders and centre-backs are strong. Oscar is a different player with real quality and they have Fred, who is a forward who knows how to score and who their players look for."
