BUJUMBURA, May 19 (Xinhua) -- Burundi will host the 15th edition of the international golf competition "Burundi Open" from May 22 to May 25, a press release from the Bujumbura Golf Club said on Sunday.

"Golfers will come from the east African countries as well as other countries of the globe," said the press release signed by Benjamin Rufagari, chairman of the Bujumbura Golf Club.

The official launch of the international golf tourney will take place on May 22 in the evening and will be officiated by Burundian senior authorities, said the press release.?
