MILAN, Jan. 12 (Xinhua) -- Pescara head coach Cristiano Bergodi said his side displayed "our worst performance in my time here" following their 2-0 loss to Inter Milan in the Italian league on Saturday.
The Delfini, who had won three of the previous four games and were fresh from ending Fiorentina's unbeaten home record, seemed listless and incompetitive at San Siro.
"We haven't lost our hunger after the recent victories," said Bergodi. "Inter played well and we simply put in our worst performance in my time here.
"We must improve in terms of consistency. It was a deserved defeat after a below par performance and I hope we can get back on track next Sunday against Torino.
"We made so many technical mistakes, an area where we had done so well against Fiorentina. The lads were imprecise with their passing and were unable to do anything we were supposed to," he said.
