ROME, Feb. 5 (Xinhua) -- Juventus head coach Antonio Conte felt sorry for his side's inability to take advantage of other rivals hiccups as they were held to a scoreless draw at home by Siena on Sunday.

The Bianconeri stalled by a determined Siena defence, so none of the top five teams won this weekend.

"It was a great opportunity and we should have made more of this round that seemed favorable for us," Conte was quoted as saying.

"Unfortunately, we were unable to win, mainly thanks to a Siena side that defended very well. In the first half we were a little sluggish in terms of tempo and needed an individual moment of brilliance to break the deadlock.

"We've got to take it one game at a time, aware of our limitations and our defects," Conte said.
