ROME, Jan. 31 (Xinhua) -- The Italian Serie A game between Parm and Juventus has been called off due to heavy snowfall on Tuesday.

With heavy snowfall having hit the Emilia-Romagna region from late afternoon, a decision on whether to go ahead with the game at the Stadio Ennio Tardini was made until the latest hour.

However, it has now been confirmed as postponed after Gos, the Security Operations Group deemed the stadium unsafe to host the match.

There is no immediate date set for the rearrangement of the fixture.
