ROME, Oct. 10 (Xinhua) -- AC Milan head coach Massimiliano Allegri said on Monday that Zlatan Ibrahimovic is still hungry for success with Italian giants Milan.
The striker raised doubts about his long-term future last week in a revealing interview which suggested he was getting bored of the game.
Allegri, though, has told Sky Sport Italia that he's not concerned about the former Barcelona player's statements.
"Ibrahimovic, like all of us here, has the desire to start picking up good results again," the tactician underlined.
"His words were blown out of proportion. We all just have to work hard and continue the things that we did last year."
Reports over the weekend suggested that the Sweden international may be looking for a new challenge, possibly with his former Inter boss Jose Mourinho at Real Madrid.
"I believe in what I say and am sure in what I say," added the former Cagliari boss when asked about the transfer hypothesis.
"Ibrahimovic has the desire to stay at Milan and he wants to continue winning things with us here."
