MUSCAT, June 11 (Xinhua) -- Oman has named French coach Paul Le Guen to guide its national soccer team, officials said on Saturday.
Le Guen, who led Cameroon at the 2010 World Cup, succeeds compatriot Claude Leroy who was sacked after Oman's poor performance at the Gulf Cup.
Le Guen will arrive in Oman on June 27 before its friendlies against Kuwait and Lebanon.
