LOS ANGELES, March 14 (Xinhua) -- A spokesman confirmed on Monday that former England captain David Beckham and his fashion icon wife Victoria are expecting a baby girl in July.

The 35-year-old Beckham and the 36-year-old Victoria, a former Spice Girl, married in 1999 and live in Los Angeles with their three sons, Brooklyn, Romeo, and Cruz.

Beckham's Los Angeles spokesman Jeff Raymond confirmed that the midfielder, who is now playing for LA Galaxy, will get their first daughter in July.
