JAKARTA, Dec. 6 (Xinhua) -- Indonesian boxer Chris "the Dragon" John on Sunday evening managed to retain his title with unanimous decision against his Argentinean contender Fernando Saucedo, TV station RCTI reported in a live event.

The victory was John's 13th effort to retain his featherweight champion title of the World Boxing Association.

After defeating Saucedo, John booked 44 victories, with 22 of them by knock-out, and two draws.
