HAVANA, July 21 (Xinhua) -- Cuban athlete Dayron Robles, Olympic champion and world record holder in the 110m hurdles, will reappear in the Diamond League set for August 13 and 14 in London, the country's athletics chief Esteban Brice said on Wednesday.
Brice said that Robles is not injured but feels a discomfort because of his flat feet.
He added that the athlete is scheduled to return to Havana on Tuesday and will travel to Guanatanamo, eastern Cuba to spend some days with his family.
Robles clocked the season best of 13.01 seconds in Lausanne, Switzerland, on July 7, and also won in Torino, Reims and Ostrava.
But he skipped the Paris meeting a few days later and has opted out of the Monaco race.
In August last year, Robles also left the semifinals of the World Athletics Championships in Berlin, because of the discomfort he felt in his left leg.
