Zwizanskiy, 31, won the counter clock trail Friday to finish the overall first in 35 hours seven minutes and seven seconds in the 1,489 kilometers competition in Uruguay.
The second place went to Uruguayan Ricardo Guedes from Fenix team of Uruguay, who was 59 seconds behind Zwizanskiy and Uruguayan Richard Marscaralas from Alas Rojas team took the third place at one minutes and 23 seconds.
The best team was Alas Rojas, followed by Uruguayan team Villa Teresa and U.S. team Kelly Benefits.
The Tour of Uruguay returned this year to the schedule of the International Cyclist Union (ICU), with the participation of 27 teams and more than 150 cyclists.
