Robles, 22, set the 12.87 seconds world record at Golden Spike in 2008. He also won the 110m hurdles race at the Beijing Olympics last summer.
Apart from Robles, another gold medallist from Beijing, 800-meter runner Pamela Jelimo from Kenya, is to take part in this year's Golden Spike, CTK said.

Jelimo, 19, who will take part in the Golden Spike for the first time, wants to beat the world record in her race, too. She also plans to meet the current world record holder, Czech Jarmila Kratochvilova, at the meet in Ostrava. Kratochvilova has already been holding the record for 26 years.
