BEIJING, Dec. 28 (Xinhua) -- The presidium of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), China's top political advisory body, has suggested to convene an annual session in Beijing on March 3 next year.

It will be the third annual session of the 12th CPPCC National Committee. The draft proposal will be deliberated by the Standing Committee of the 12th CPPCC National Committee.
