GUANGZHOU, Dec. 20 (Xinhua) -- Chinese State Councilor Liu Yandong left Guangzhou, capital of south China's Guangdong Province, on Monday for official visits to Chile, Ecuador, Colombia, Antigua and Barbuda.
Liu is making the visits at the invitation of the governments of the four countries.
