BEIJING, July 3 (Xinhuanet) -- Fifty-year-old Hollywood star Johnny Depp was spotted holding hands with actress Amber Heard, while making their way into a Moscow restaurant on June 27th.

Depp, in his Russia to promote The Lone Ranger, has been keeping his romance with 27-year-old Amber Heard low-key.

The private couple were most recently spotted enjoying a romantic dinner in Los Angeles, where they were joined by Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards.

And just a month earlier, they were snapped holding hands backstage at the Stones' surprise concert in Hollywood after splitting for a brief period of time.

The two, who met on the set of The Rum Diary in 2010, were said to have fallen for each other, but are not often seen out in public together.

Depp split from his partner of 14 years Vanessa Paradis a year ago. They have two children -- Lily-Rose, 14, and Jack, 11.

The Lone Ranger, which also stars Armie Hammer, hits theaters July 3.
