The Emmy-nominated producer of "Survivor" and MTV's "Pimp My Ride," and Monica were heard having a fight on the morning of April 5. The following day he told police and relatives that Monica never made it back to Hotel Moon Palace after a solo shopping excursion the day before.

Her naked body was found two days later in a sewer pipe near the hotel where the couple had been staying for holiday with their two children. The day would have been Monica's 42nd birthday.

Beresford-Redman returned to Los Angeles some two weeks ago against the order that he stay in Mexico pending end of investigation into Monica's murder. The Mexican authorities have issued an arrest warrant and was seeking his extradition to the country for trial.
