Investigators say the pilots of a plane that skidded into a river asked to change landing runways. The pilots make the request shortly before trying to land in Jacksonville, Florida.

Financial markets in Asia took a steep dive on Monday. They were responding to a new threat from President Trump to hike tariffs on goods from China.
